8 must-listen podcasts to help your personal development

Let’s face it - working in startups can be a challenge. It requires flexibility, adaptability, and resilience. Great startup employees are the people who are always learning, are naturally curious, and have a real can-do attitude. They’re the people who are wholly self-aware, from recognising how their own biases may affect their decision-making, to knowing what it takes to get on better with people or manage conflict when it arises. They’re open-minded - to new ideas and new ways of doing things and productivity is always their focus. Above all though, they are always striving to improve themselves, aiming to do more and do better too!

If self-improvement is high on your own agenda and you’re in need of a little inspiration to get started, listening to some words of wisdom in the form of a podcast is sure to help.
