Our client is an agency offering strategic communications for global innovative technology brands across multiple platforms as well as content; social media and digital marketing support. Entrepreneurial, and female-founded they’ve grown to a revenue of more than £1M this year working with fast-paced disruptive technology companies in climate tech, deep tech; media entertainment and cyber security sectors.

Day-to-day activities will include…

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Digital Account Manager to join the team. In this role, you will work with the team to develop and manage digital marketing strategies for their clients and help them achieve their digital marketing goals.

Digital marketing work for clients includes, for example, creating a better online presence and increased awareness, improving lead generation campaigns, or updating their marketing technology adoption and sales lead processes.

Your role will be significant to overall client success, satisfaction, and loyalty. 

  • Build long-term relationships with clients 

  • Investigate and determine clients goals 

  • Plan and implement digital strategies for clients

  • Deliver work to help client achieve those goals

  • Manage SEO projects, from audit through to implementing recommendations

  • Research keywords and optimise web content in order to improve SEO

  • Manage website updates and maintenance, and where necessary website refresh projects or full scale re-development

  • Present and train on social media strategies to clients

  • Manage PPC, lead generation and lead nurture campaigns

  • Analyse the effectiveness of digital campaigns 

  • Recommend, design and implement digital projects to increase their ROI

  • Set up KPIs to track for each client and prepare and present reports on KPI progress

  • Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology and share expertise with the wider team.

The ideal candidate…

  • 2+ years of working experience as a Digital Account Manager

  • 5 years of experience with SEO/SEM, CMS platforms (eg Hubspot, WordPress etc) and CRM software

  • 5 years of experience with PPC campaigns including LinkedIn, Google Adwords 

  • In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology

  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms

  • 5 years of experience in a client-facing role

  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success

  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

  • Team player

  • Good time-management skills, attention to detail

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
