Strategic Leadership: Play a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and driving business-wide objectives as part of the leadership team.

  • Operations Leadership: Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing operations team (currently six people) to deliver exceptional results.

  • Service Planning & Delivery: Oversee the planning and execution of live transport services, ensuring smooth daily operations for both home-to-school and mid-day school journeys.

  • Supplier Management: Manage relationships with third-party transport operators, ensuring high performance and cost efficiency.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Technology to achieve both operational and company-wide goals.

  • Process Optimisation: Design and implement new systems and processes that support scalable growth, while driving continuous improvement in operational quality and efficiency.

  • Partner & Contract Oversight: Lead the management of key supplier relationships and ensure strong oversight of partner contracts.

  • Customer Experience: Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure client satisfaction and rapid response to operational challenges.

  • Compliance & Safeguarding: Ensure all operations meet internal policies and the safeguarding requirements of partner schools.

  • Incident Management: Act as the senior escalation point for critical operational incidents, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
