Our client is on a mission to help every international student in UK land an amazing job. Currently, only about 7% of international students get a UK job, despite spending tens of thousands on their degrees. This means 93% leave the country after completing their studies.

The company wants to change this and help as many of them as possible land a dream job in UK within 90 days. It's a big statement – but one they are truly passionate about.

The demand for their services is high – with no marketing spend they are reaching over 700k people per week across two social media channels. In only 8 months, they have experienced a huge growth in profits and plan to 10x the revenue to 1m per month by August 2025.

This is where you come in.

Day-to-day activities will include…

Currently, the company does not have an official Head of Operations. There are only 2 people running the company at the moment and they need someone to join and provide structure in the madness of growth they are experiencing. Whether this is using available apps and software, hiring other people – you will find solutions and get things done.

Building in systems within those backend operations is their number one priority right now.

The ideal candidate…

• Able and willing to work 6 days per week (Saturdays being quiet, it may be only half a day)

• 2+ years experience building operational systems to keep up with hyper growth

• Experience in hiring and training VAs to execute operational tasks

• Experience working in a B2C company that uses organic content to generate leads

• Proven track record of executing on ideas down to a granular level

• You will need to be comfortable working sometimes long hours to help the company achieve its targets

This is not a regular 9-5 role, and the company is open about the need to put the hours in to support their growth. Please only apply if you are able to cover the above points.

Base salary is stated above + there is an option for revenue shares in the future.
