About the role
It’s a creative’s dream! You’ll get to set the strategy, plan, execute and distribute the content you shoot across all of the company’s core channels with a lot of autonomy. We’re known for best-in-class content that showcases clothes from our 800+ brands in their best light, with practical and down to earth styling advice that adds value for the customer, which is why we’re looking for someone to take it to the next level as we go global.
Responsibilities
Help devise and deliver the content strategy for the social media accounts to drive organic follower growth and provide powerful content for performance marketing
Directly manage the social media accounts, driving revenue and follower growth, reporting back to the team each week
Work closely with the Head of Content, graphic designers, models and video editors to plan and execute regular photo and video shoots
Create content for all paid social adverts in collaboration with the paid social team and have your creatives seen by millions of people
Get to know the customer on a granular level and tailor your content output to their taste
Ascertain from performance data what does and doesn’t land, and react accordingly
Brief a wide range of marketing materials to video editors and graphic designers
Collaborate with the graphic designers to prepare artwork for the homepage, our brand-new app, and shoppable styling videos
Work with the Head of Content to select and shoot email artwork for our database of over one million subscribers, liaising with the graphic designers and copywriter to create emails our customers will love
Work closely with our team of models as well as source fresh, on-brand talent as we grow our business
Keep yourself continually updated with the changing nature of social media trends, updates, new features and algorithm changes
